With nearly 20 years of experience, entrepreneur Pedro Rocha has launched Zarpo Capital, a SF created to acquire and grow a Brazilian company. He is supported by top-tier investors, including Ambit Partners, BM Holdings, Cerralvo Capital, Colca Capital, JB46 Partners, Kinderhook Partners, KYR Capital, Mazal Capital, Nidum Capital, Spectra Investments, The Cromwell Harbor Partnership, Vonzeo Capital, and 9T Capital.
Pedro holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Stanford University. He combines practical management experience, strategic vision, and a strong track record in business development across traditional industries such as agriculture and construction, as well as in high-growth technology companies. He has worked as an investor, executive, CEO, and entrepreneur. He began his career in private equity and M&A at Fiducia Asset Management, BRMalls, and Gordian Food and Fuel, participating in numerous transactions. He later joined The Climate Corporation, where he developed the internationalization strategy for insurance and software products. In 2019, he co-founded Oico, a B2B marketplace for construction materials.
Pedro will focus on acquiring and developing mission-critical B2B software or service companies, executing a structured transition that enables the founder’s succession, preserves his legacy, and prepares the company for its next stage of growth.
