In 1999, we launched Capital & Corporate SL, a specialized service company in the Corporate Finance sector in Spain. Among other services, we offered a monthly private newsletter covering this market niche, providing comprehensive information on the latest developments and operations in M&A, Venture Capital & Private Equity, alongside additional valuable content: analysis, interviews, and sector-related services. Additionally, we published a yearly directory of all professionals in the field, organized events (CapCorp being the largest industry conference gathering in Madrid over 500 professionals every November for the past 25 years), and launched a database encompassing all venture capital and M&A operations.

Twenty-five years later, Sébastien Chartier, founder of Capital & Corporate (who sold the company in 2004 to IFAES), is returning to the scene to launch Search Funds News, aiming to revolutionize the Search Fund Industry. Our magazine (including a directory, database, events, and more) is poised to redefine the landscape of search funds.
