After joining WAD Capital‘s CEO-in-Residence programme in July 2025, Mathieu Loquet, with over 15 years of transformational leadership across European financial services markets, has announced the successful acquisition of the Belgian insurance brokerage firm Lardenoit Finance & Insurance.
Founded in 1989 by Rudy Lardenoit, Kantoor Lardenoit is one of the leading independent insurance brokerage firms in Belgium’s Waasland region, with more than 35 years of experience serving individuals, self-employed professionals, and SMEs. The company provides tailored insurance, financial planning, investment, pension, and lending solutions through a client-centric advisory approach. Operating from several offices across East Flanders and partnering with Fintro, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, Kantoor Lardenoit has built a strong reputation for personalised service, long-term client relationships, and comprehensive financial advice.
