Alexandre Guyenne combines a top-tier engineering and business education with more than 13 years of experience spanning renewable energy, international infrastructure, and entrepreneurship. Before founding his own business, he held key positions at ENGIE, Iberdrola, and VINCI. In 2025, he launched Vestran as a self-funded SF to acquire an SME in France. Ultimately, he identified ADB Lux Services in Luxembourg, a company specializing in industrial maintenance and decarbonization solutions, and successfully completed its acquisition. This transaction marks the first SF acquisition ever completed in Luxembourg. The deal was structured with approximately 50% senior debt financing provided by a major Luxembourgish bank. The investor group backing Alexandre includes Noveta (Novadvice), Peter’s Troop, Alain Jarre, and a local family office, while the sellers also reinvested in the MBI at their own request.
Founded in 2007, ADB Lux is a well-established provider of industrial electrical services, delivering installation, maintenance, and energy solutions to blue-chip customers as well as residential clients across Luxembourg, Belgium, and France. The company operates through three complementary business lines: industrial maintenance (electrical, mechanical, and industrial cleaning services), HVAC, and photovoltaic installations. With a multidisciplinary team of 45 professionals, ADB Lux combines strong technical expertise, customer proximity, and a commitment to innovation and sustainability to deliver tailored solutions that improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of its clients’ buildings and industrial facilities. The company generates more than €7M in annual revenue.
Leveraging his operational experience in the renewable energy sector, Alexandre plans to reposition the photovoltaic business toward the development of long-term B2B solar projects. He also intends to accelerate the organic growth of the industrial maintenance and HVAC businesses through a more structured commercial approach. Looking ahead, he remains open to pursuing additional acquisitions to support a buy-and-build strategy.
