Eyal Kaplan, who brings extensive experience in strategy, operations, and large-scale leadership from his time at Amazon and TJX Europe, joined NCA’s operator-led program in 2023. He has now successfully acquired Paul Mathew Transport Ltd (PMT), a trusted name in specialist transportation and warehousing logistics for over 40 years.
Founded in 1980, PMT is a UK-based logistics company providing specialist transportation and warehousing services for the theatre and live entertainment industry. With a fleet of more than 170 trailers and a team of around 40 professionals, PMT has earned a reputation as a reliable partner, delivering complex logistics solutions with care and precision across the UK. Its clients include Cameron Mackintosh Limited, The Royal Shakespeare Company, Glyndebourne Opera, and Bill Kenwright Limited. The company reported sales of £9.6M and an EBITDA of £3.7M (38% margin) in 2024.
