After seven years in consulting, Jineet Gandhi has embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by founding Lemont Partners, a SF dedicated to acquiring and building upon the success of a single, remarkable U.S. business. He is supported by a distinguished network of institutional investors, family offices, and entrepreneurial operators, including Relay Investments, Shore Capital Partners, WSC & Company, Futaleufu Partners, Blue Frame Capital Partners, Northspring Partners, Red Forest Capital, Applied Equity Partners, ETA Equity, and The Cambria Group, among others.
Jineet grew up in an immigrant family surrounded by entrepreneurs, which inspired his dream of leading a business of his own. After internships with NAI Farbman and the investment bank Lincoln International, he became an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on growth strategies, honing the skills needed to confidently lead a business. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he specialized in entrepreneurship and acquiring established businesses.
Jineet is seeking to acquire a business with a proven revenue model, growth potential, a strong foundation in a stable industry, and an EV of up to $100M.
