Last year, Frédéric Schilling launched Kaeron, a search fund in partnership with WAD Capital, with the ambitious goal of building a leader in the HVAC segment across the Benelux and France. He has now announced the acquisition of Groupe Jordan, the jewel he had been seeking. The acquisition was supported by WAD Capital, which will be the main shareholder, Wallonie Entreprendre, and Patrick Neyrinck, who played an active role in the acquisition and will join the company as CFO. Founder Jean-Luc Stavaux has reinvested in the company and will remain as Sales & Marketing Director. Debt financing was provided by CBC.
Based in Hainaut and employing over 110 talented professionals, Groupe Jordan has built an impressive reputation serving both residential and public-sector clients with excellence and reliability. The company provides comprehensive heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and sanitary system solutions, including installation, maintenance, and 24/7 emergency repair services. Groupe Jordan generates around €20M in turnover with an EBITDA of approximately €1.5M.
Frédéric explained that he was attracted to the company for several reasons: he shares the same vision as the founder, the management team is excellent, and the company has strong processes in place. “Groupe Jordan will serve as a solid platform to launch a buy-and-build strategy. The challenge will be identifying companies that align with our project needs and integrating them successfully,” he said.
