Matthew Eldridge and Patrick Digenan have launched Headwaters Growth Partners with the goal of acquiring and operating a single business in the United States. They are supported on this journey by Blue Frame Capital Partners, Brown Robin Partners, Endurance Search Partners, Miramar Equity Partners, Peterson Partners, Saltoun, Shore Capital Partners, Seabright Ventures Fund, and Streetlight Capital.
Matthew and Patrick bring a shared background and extensive experience in investing, operating, and collaborating directly with founders to help businesses grow and succeed.
Patrick began his career at Deutsche Bank as an Investment Banking Analyst, before joining Griffin Gaming Partners — one of the world’s leading venture funds dedicated exclusively to the gaming sector, with $1.3 billion in assets under management. Most recently, he spent two years as Vice President at Rockefeller Capital Management.
After completing an internship at hedge fund Birchview Capital, Matthew started his professional career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities. He later transitioned into private equity at Sun Capital Partners, where he spent nearly three years.
They are looking for an American SME committed to achieving transformational outcomes after the acquisition.
