With a combined experience spanning two decades in finance, strategy, and operations, Nicoló Fanti Rizzi and Alex Shin have joined forces to establish Lakeview Partners. Their expertise ranges across businesses of all sizes, from global Fortune 500 corporations to family-owned enterprises. The duo is on a mission to acquire an Italian company with high growth potential, supported by a distinguished group of investors from Europe and the Americas. Notable investors include Aurica Search Capital, JB46, Itaca Capital Partners, Scipio Holding, Novidam, SFClub, 9T Capital, and Turtle Capital, among others.
Both Nicoló and Alex have worked across multiple countries and industries, leveraging their deep expertise in financial transactions, strategy, and operations. Having grown up in entrepreneurial families, they possess a firsthand understanding of the dedication, sacrifice, and perseverance required to build a successful business.
Nicoló Fanti Rizzi has over a decade of experience in investment banking and M&A, having led complex financial transactions and advised on transformative deals across various sectors and geographies. He began his career in Milan, holding roles at Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC, Value Track, and GE Capital, before moving to Dubai with Natixis. Prior to founding Lakeview Partners, he served at Citigroup in London.
Alex Shin brings extensive expertise in strategy, operations, and technology-driven transformations. His career spans multiple industries, with roles at EY in the USA and R3 in the UK. Prior to founding Lakeview Partners, he served as Head of Emerging Technology Strategy at Vanguard. His focus has been on process optimization, operational efficiency, and strategic innovation, enabling businesses to scale and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
