Carmen is a highly respected management leader in CPG and tech/finance operations, with experience at family-owned firms such as Mars, Ferrero, and McMaster-Carr, as well as at Google and Kearney. Prior to her work in CPG and operations, she was a celebrated education leader at Stanford University, specializing in college admissions. She is recognized for delivering strong results through her expertise in P&L growth management, strategic planning, product innovation, digital/social and TV advertising, influencer marketing, consumer experiences, and team leadership. She holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Carmen is seeking to acquire an exceptional and proven American company with a collaborative team and a strong, well-rooted culture. The ideal business will have a loyal and diverse customer base, a strong competitive advantage in its products or services, and a solid track record of operational excellence. She is focused on industries that are both vital and expanding, offering year-over-year growth and delivering mission-critical products or services. Financially, she is targeting profitable companies with at least $1M in EBITDA, a foundation of recurring revenues, and consistent year-over-year growth.
