With more than fifteen years of experience leading commercial and operations teams in the Brazilian middle market, entrepreneur Rodrigo Casarin has launched Even Capital with the aim of acquiring and operating a mid-sized company in Brazil and driving its next cycle of growth. The word Even (אבן) means rock in Hebrew, reflecting his philosophy that successful businesses are built on unshakable foundations. He is backed by institutional investors such as KYR Capital, Kviv Ventures, Spectra Investments, Ambit Partners, Bietou Capital, Cabiedes Capital, Forti Search Fund Partners, Gallium Growth, and Pitlane Capital, alongside CEOs such as Tiziano Pravato, David Jacq, and Jonathan Ferrari.
Rodrigo started his career in commercial roles at Heineken and Red Bull. He then co-founded and scaled DMX Imóveis to more than 120 brokers and R$2 billion in transaction value, before joining Colibri Móveis as Executive Director, where he more than doubled revenue, expanded e-commerce and exports, and professionalized management and governance. He remains on the company’s board today. He also led Healthic’s M&A and expansion activities in Brazil, building an acquisition pipeline and negotiating directly with founders. Rodrigo holds an MBA from MIT Sloan’s Sloan Fellows program, with a focus on entrepreneurship, private equity, and business analytics.
He is looking to acquire a well-established, resilient B2B company with R$30M–R$150M in annual revenue and an EBITDA margin above 15%. The focus is on critical or essential services that customers are unlikely to cut, supported by recurring revenues and strong underlying demand. Ideally, the business will have been founder-owned for at least 10 years, with a proven track record and a durable business model.
