Both MBA graduates of Harvard Business School, Alvaro Ludowieg and Shreyas Kadaba have teamed up to launch CoreScale Holdings and search full-time for one enduring US business to acquire and run for the long haul. They have the support of a small group of operators and investors, including Trylogy, Pacific Lake Partners, Futaleufu Partners, TTCER Partners, Cerralvo Capital, Maven Equity Partners, TBD Investors, Heritage Holding, Mineola Search Partners, and Brown Robin Partners.
Having grown up in Peru, Alvaro watched his parents build a real estate company from scratch, which convinced him that owning a business isn’t just a career—it’s a privilege and a responsibility. He brings experience from McKinsey & Company, where he worked across strategy and business analysis roles in financial services, telecommunications, consumer goods, and manufacturing, as well as experience at Keyway, a real estate technology company.
Shreyas brings a diverse background spanning technology, logistics, entrepreneurship, and consulting. He has worked in product and data roles at companies including Flexport, Silq, and SoFi, gaining hands-on experience in supply chains, freight forwarding, and technology-driven businesses. He also launched and hosted a podcast focused on supply chains, commerce, and mobility in India, interviewing founders and operators across the ecosystem. More recently, he gained consulting experience at Bain & Company and is now focused on ETA.
They are focused on acquiring a service business in the US, with the goal of making a proven business even better while preserving its legacy.
