Everton Eloy Sena da Silva has recently closed the fundraising for Almirante Capital, a SF focused on acquiring a middle-market business in Brazil. He garnered support from local and international investors across 8 countries, including former searchers, private investors, family offices, and leading search fund investors. Notable supporters include Spectra Investments, KVIV Ventures, and Guilherme Pinho Bonifácio, on the Brazilian side, as well as Alza Capital Partners, Ambit Partners, Paltus Capital, Vonzeo Capital, AIJ Global, 9T Capital, Cabiedes Inversiones, Martell Capital Partners, León Bartolomé, Alex Klyguine, and George Jankovic, internationally.
With an MBA from Columbia Business School, Everton Silva brings a distinguished track record in middle-market private equity and M&A. He was an investment professional at Patria Investments, one of the leading private equity firms in Latin America, and has held executive roles at two of its portfolio companies. In these positions, he has demonstrated leadership in value creation, financial planning & analysis, and commercial and operational management. Additionally, Everton developed the M&A and Corporate Development department at Grupo Boticário, one of the main beauty and cosmetics companies in Brazil. There, he developed the investment thesis, sourced deals, and executed 4 acquisitions. Everton also worked as a management consultant at BCG’s São Paulo office, where he led projects in growth strategy and cost optimization in the Aerospace and Oil & Gas industries.
He is looking to acquire a company with an EBITDA range of US$2M to US$8M and is particularly interested in sectors such as equipment rental, healthcare, or electronic security systems.
