In 2023, Brazilian Atlante Capital, led by Caio Nascimbeni, acquired Syonet and Lead Force, leading companies in the CRM and digital marketing markets for the automotive, agro-industrial, and road equipment sectors. Among the main investors who backed the deal were Spectra Investments, Cerralvo Capital, KVIV Ventures, and Istria Capital, among others.
Under Caio’s leadership, the company has accelerated its growth, almost tripling sales from BRL39M in 2022 to more than BRL106M (€18M) in annual recurring revenue in 2025. This growth was driven in part by the professionalization of the company (rebranding, cross-selling, technology, etc.), its internationalization through the opening of a subsidiary in Mexico, and the 2025 acquisition of Campos Dealer, a relationship management platform for agricultural dealerships in Brazil. As a result of this acquisition, Syonet now controls more than 50% of the market in the sector and has expanded its customer base by approximately 1,000 stores, reaching more than 4,200 customers in total. With more than 20 years in the market, Syonet now has around 200 employees.
At the beginning of 2026, Webmotors, Brazil’s largest automotive platform, with more than 30 years of experience connecting buyers, sellers, and dealerships in the purchase and sale of vehicles and related services, acquired Syonet to increase its penetration in the new-vehicle segment. The Webmotors group also includes Car10, Loop, and Revenda Mais, forming a group with more than 1,000 employees in Brazil alone.
After an incredible 2025, with five exits in Brazil, this transaction marks the second exit in Brazil in 2026, following the sale of MK Solutions to Nuvini Group.
