After serving in the United States Marine Corps and gaining perspective across the private sector, Neil Howell has established Two Trails Partners to acquire, lead, and grow a great American small business for the long term. He is supported by a diverse group of operators, investors, and entrepreneurs from around the world, including Innesto Partners, Ambit Partners, Forti Search Fund Partners, Generational Transfer Entrepreneurs, The Cambria Group, Archipelago Capital Partners, 9T Capital, Martell Capital Partners, Heritage Holding, Reframe Capital, Colca Capital, and Sand Dollar Capital.
Neil spent four years as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps specializing in financial management, before transitioning to the private sector. His experience includes consulting at Kearney, customer success at Skydio, and leading a small manufacturing business at Flags of Valor. Prior to launching his SF, he served as a Business Manager at Capital One. He holds an MBA and MPP from Harvard University.
Neil is seeking to partner with the owner of a well-established company who values legacy and the future of their business. Ideally, the company will have a strong culture supported by a committed team, a recurring revenue base, solid customer relationships, and a consistent track record of profitability above $1.5M per year.
