After completing his service in the Navy and earning his MBA from Wharton, Barry Cruvant has launched Periscope Harbor Partners, a U.S.-based SF focused on acquiring and leading one exceptional company for the long term. He is backed by an outstanding group of investors and experienced operators who share his commitment to thoughtful, hands-on leadership. After attending the University of Southern California on a Navy scholarship, Barry was commissioned as a nuclear submarine officer in the U.S. Navy, completing missions in both the Pacific and Atlantic. With more than a decade of leadership experience in complex technical environments—including naval and nuclear engineering—Barry brings operational rigor, integrity, and capital to the table. During his MBA, he concentrated on finance to complement his leadership and operational background, and gained experience at investment bank Citi.
He seeks long-term partnerships with business owners ready for transition, respecting their legacy while fueling the company’s future. Barry is drawn to businesses that quietly solve critical problems: the ones that keep industries running and customers loyal.
