He has just announced the successful acquisition of Western Solar, a Canadian leader in solar energy integration, strengthening its position in Canada’s rapidly expanding renewable energy market.
Based in southern Alberta, Western Solar offers full-service PV solar solutions, including the design, installation, and integration of solar systems for homes, businesses, and farms. The company has earned a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solar solutions across both utility-scale projects and microgen applications. Under new ownership, the company will continue to serve its utility-scale partners while sharpening its long-term focus on distributed and microgen energy systems that support Canada’s transition to clean, reliable power.
