Versa Capital completes its search process with the acquisition of TodoExtintor and Seguretat SM Alcarràs

Versa Capital, established in late 2019 by Maxime Weissend (former Bain & Co) and backed initially by Alza Capital Partners, Cabiesa Capital, Istria Capital, Novidam o Sentinel, among others, has acquired a majority stake in the Spanish fire equipment and systems manufacturer TodoExtintor, as well as in the gas extinguishing system-related services company Seguretat SM Alcarràs.

TodoExtintor achieved a 23% growth in sales between 2021 and 2022 (€8M vs €6,5M), reaching an ebitda around €1M, while Seguretat experienced over a 45% growth in 2022, with €1,5M turnover and a 10% ebitda. The sellers of both companies will remain fully involved, reinvesting in the buyout and maintaining an active role in the management of their businesses. Both companies will continue to operate independently while seeking synergies. Maxime aims to grow the company by diversifying business lines and entering new markets.
