Christina Puccinelli and Noelle Durkin have been inseparable since graduate school. Their friendship and trust form the bedrock of their partnership, September Growth Partners, created to acquire and grow one exceptional American business. The name September holds deep personal meaning: both of their mothers were born on the same day in September. For Christina and Noelle, the name honors the people and experiences that shaped them, as well as the values they strive to carry forward. They are backed by a world-class team of advisors with decades of operational experience, including Pacific Lake Partners, Peterson Partners, Brown Robin Partners, BK Growth, The Nashton Company, TTCER Partners, Peter Kelly, Jim Ellis, Tom Jackson, Dennis Lally, Brigid Mulcahy, and Clayton Sachs.
Christina began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley before joining TMRW Life Sciences, the world’s first automated system for managing cryopreserved fertility specimens. There, she served as Manager of Finance & Strategy, wearing many hats—from fundraising to marketing to sales—as the company scaled from pre-revenue to international expansion. Most recently, she worked at Stealth Mode Biotech while pursuing her MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Noelle was a Business Operations Manager at Chief, the largest private network of female executives, where she defined and scaled the core product 4x and was recognized as a top people manager. She also gained valuable experience as Operations Lead at Ahma & Co, a postnatal care startup, and as a management consultant in Accenture’s Digital Products practice. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Political Science from Cornell University’s College of Arts & Sciences.
They are seeking a strong, profitable business with recurring revenue and loyal customer relationships. Above all, they are looking for a seller who wants to see their company thrive in its next chapter, with successors they can trust to continue and expand their legacy.
