Ben Frazer has launched Stovall Capital to partner with a single business owner seeking a thoughtful and seamless transition to the next generation of leadership. Ben began his career in private equity tax at PwC and later earned his MBA from Chicago Booth, where he developed a deeper passion for entrepreneurship through hands-on internships and strategic projects at companies such as Worthview Capital, All Makes Auto, NextGen Growth Partners, and Sunscape Landscaping. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting and taxation from Ole Miss and is a licensed CPA in Illinois and Texas.
He is targeting companies with $2M+ in annual cash flow or EBITDA, a minimum 10% EBITDA margin, and recurring or re-occurring revenue growing year over year. His areas of focus include accounting & tax services, property management for HOA and community associations, fire protection & life safety services, commercial landscaping, commercial HVAC, commercial plumbing, elevator and lifts maintenance, commercial janitorial & cleaning, and waste management.
