Accompanying them in the transaction were several American investors, including Kinderhook Partners, TTCER Partners, George Jankovic, Cerralvo Capital, alongside Spanish family offices such as Mugello Inversiones and Tres Coronas, among others. The operation was leveraged with one-third debt provided by La Caixa.

The company offers a wide variety of content, interactive activities, and classroom management delivered to students and teachers through innovative methodologies and techniques. The edtech company focuses its offering on English learning, with more than 500 schools and 150,000 students in preschool, primary, and secondary levels benefiting from its method. The company, which employs around 35 people, generated €3.5M in revenue in 2023, a 70% increase from the previous year, reaching an EBITDA of €1.5M.
Sofia Sabas explains that currently, Milton Education holds a 3% market share in Spain. Their idea is to significantly increase this share and expand their international presence. The executives are already strengthening the team and plan to launch new products during the year.
