Spanish investors backed the launch of Triare Capital

Luis Díez Rodríguez-Arias has successfully launched his own SF, Triare Capital, attracting investment from a dozen of Spain’s most prestigious investors. Among them are prominent Spanish entrepreneurs and former searchers such as Xavier Pladellorens, Alex Tuya, and Juan Luis Manaute (Atiud), as well as notable investors and family offices like Cabiedes, Felipe & Rafael Ruiz, and Vissē Capital. Institutional investors, including JB46, Beka Finance, ONEtoONE Asset Management, AIJ Global, and Relay Investments, have also shown support for Triare Capital.

Luis brings a wealth of experience to Triare Capital, boasting a decade of success as a director in both strategy consulting and the consumer electronics sector. His expertise spans strategic analysis, marketing, commercial operations, and team leadership. Prior to that, Luis spent considerable time collaborating with senior executives to secure funding for the acquisition of small companies within niche markets, aimed at consolidating their respective sub-industries. His professional background includes nearly 6 years at Verisure, Europe’s leading provider of professionally-monitored smart alarms, where he held various roles across Spain, Switzerland, and the UK, steadily progressing in responsibility. Additionally, Luis has gained valuable experience working with a private equity fund and a strategy consultancy firm.

Drawing on his diverse background, Luis adopts an agnostic approach to investment but is particularly interested in two types of business models: those with a subscription-based revenue model emphasizing recurring income, and opportunities within fragmented industries, typically falling below the traditional SF threshold, where he can execute a build-up strategy.
