Gabriel Parras Gálvez has launched Semita Capital, through which he will pursue the acquisition of a well-established Spanish SME to lead and grow over the long term. He has partnered with Bennu Capital and secured the backing of a group of investors, including Novadvice, Grupo Santa Marta, Xeito Capital, LeFonds Capital, Ruíz Family, LEN Investments, Gonzalo Lahera, León Bartolomé, Enrique Locutura, Álex Tuya, Juan Carlos Gabilondo, and Dotelca.
A civil engineer by training, Gabriel began his career designing bridges and infrastructure projects in the UK with Opus International Consultants and Ramboll before transitioning into finance and technology. He later worked as a Financial Analyst at EtsFactory and spent more than four years at Selectra, where he held Product Manager and Senior Product Manager roles, leading customer-centric product strategies and cross-functional teams. Gabriel also holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, combining analytical rigor, operational leadership, and a long-term entrepreneurial mindset.
Semita Capital is seeking to acquire a profitable SME with annual revenues of €3-40M and EBITDA of €1-5M. The firm focuses on businesses with a proven track record of profitability, positive cash flow, and strong financial performance. While sector-agnostic, it has a particular interest in fragmented industries with high barriers to entry, such as distribution, B2B services or healthcare. Semita Capital primarily targets companies based in Spain, while remaining open to businesses with an international presence. The ideal acquisition would also have a capable management team willing to remain with the business and support its long-term growth.
