They are the fifth search fund to partner with the Bennu Capital platform to secure funding.
Aitor Grandes Gajate is a digital executive with more than 20 years of experience leading the design and execution of digital transformation strategies, technological innovation, and the development of new business models. He has been the founder and CEO of successful digital startups such as 24symbols, Meta Consulting, and Dendary (sold to Miogroup), a strategic advisor to major corporations (including BBVA and Banco Santander), and a lecturer at Spain’s leading digital business schools (ISDI, ESIC).
Javier Sánchez Cordero is a senior finance professional with 22 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, M&A, treasury, and tax advisory. He has held senior financial leadership roles at leading companies such as Vocento, Mapfre, ONO, and Valoriza, with a proven track record of executing transactions and generating value in highly demanding, dynamic environments.
They are targeting a solid, profitable SME with a consistent track record of growth—specifically, companies generating €5–40 million in annual revenue and €1–5 million in EBITDA—that are facing a succession challenge and are ready for their next phase of expansion.
