Pierre-Emmanuel Dronchon, engineer and entrepreneur -he has overseen the 30 employees of the Ile-de-France branch of Signalisation Développement Group to deliver €4.5M in annual revenue-, has team up with Armine Gstrein Hassanaly, engineer and salesperson, with previous experience at McKinsey & Company and founder of Vertical to digitize industrial capex management processes, to launch a new SF in France, Sailly Transmission.
This new SF have attracted a lot of European Investors from UK, Italy, and mainly Spain to back them, including Ethos Partners, Istria Capital, Inversiones Cabiedes, Ruiz family, Tobias Raeber, León Bartolomé, SFClub, Moonbase Capital, ONEtoONE Capital Partners. Moreover, usual French investors Caméléon Invest and Pierre-Paul Benoit have also invested in the SF, along various French mentors and former searchers such as Caroline Leopold-Metzger, Fabrice Petit, Pierre Donvez, Sebastien Solla, o Bruno Lea.
Their convictions lie in preserving French expertise and employment in local communities by contributing to the revitalization of the French industrial fabric on their scale. In this context, they seek to acquire a financially sound SME in France with a turnover between €10M and €50M, an EBITDA superior to €1M, operating in a growing market with strong potential for development and possibly internationalization.
