Born and raised in Peru, Gonzalo Adriazola is the driving force behind Zol Capital, an entrepreneur-led SF dedicated to acquiring and growing a great U.S. business while protecting the legacy of its previous owner. He has brought together a group of seasoned investors with decades of experience managing and scaling companies, including Alpfa, Angeles Investors, Monro Capital, Alex Stavros, Futaleufu Partners, Search Fund Partners, and Mosaic ETA.
Gonzalo’s entrepreneurial spirit was shaped early on by watching his grandparents build a small agricultural business from the ground up. They led with integrity, treated their workers like family, and gave their all to the land they cultivated. Inspired by that example, Gonzalo moved to the U.S. at the age of 19. Starting from humble beginnings, he worked nights in a kitchen while putting himself through college. A graduate of the Kellogg MBA program, Gonzalo spent eight years at Accenture, where he led strategy and social impact initiatives across the U.S. and Latin America. Before that, he began his career at Western & Southern Financial Group, guiding families and small businesses in developing and implementing financial plans. He later worked as an export consultant at U.S. Bridge before joining Cardinal Health as a consultant.
Through Zol Capital, Gonzalo is seeking a profitable U.S. service-based business with recurring revenue, strong customer relationships, low churn, and a proven track record of sustained profitability.
