With dual operational and strategic expertise, engineer Bruno Lucas has demonstrated that there is still strong appetite for backing new searchers in France. He has launched Hexagon Transmission Capital and attracted interest from many supporters who wanted to back him in his entrepreneurial project: making a long-term commitment at the head of a single French SME. After being largely oversubscribed in less than a month, he selected as investors Orca Equity Partners, Istria Capital, Ambit Partners, ONEtoONE Asset Management, Evolutiq, Pina Capital, Legate Partners, EPA Investissements, LeFonds Capital, Linta Partners, Legacy Partners, Peter’s Troop, Alain Jarre, Robert Tran Van Lieu, and Jean Victor Garnier.
Bruno’s career spans three diverse environments: more than a decade of high-level badminton competition, 4 years as a Business Manager at Alten where he built a unit from the ground up to over 60 consultants, and 3 years as a strategy consultant at McKinsey advising executives across multiple industries on topics such as corporate strategy, pricing, and performance transformation. These experiences have equipped him with the resilience to perform under pressure, the operational skills to drive execution, and the analytical discipline to design actionable value creation plans.
He is seeking to acquire a B2B company operating in a niche market with strong structural growth, low cyclicality, and a stable regulatory framework. The ideal company generates recurring and contracted revenues from a diversified customer base, with EBITDA between €1M and €7M and low capital intensity. Beyond these criteria, he places great value on strong teams, long-term customer relationships, and companies built for sustainable growth. His sectors of focus include Technical Facility Management & Building Services, Engineering & Digital Services (ESN), Healthcare support and technical services, and specialized B2B distribution such as MRO, consumables, and EPI.
