After the launch of 720 Fund and Milestone Search Capital, India now sees the arrival of its third SF: Okintek Capital, founded by Rehan Netarwala, who has just completed his fundraising. He is backed by top global SF investors spanning 10 countries, as well as seasoned Indian investors such as Ambit Partners, SFClub, Lighthaven, Novidam, Jasfa, 3Peaks Venture, Shubhalakshmi, Spectra Investments, Cromwell Harbor, the Ruiz family, Manvendra Saxena, Zubin Bharti Mittal, Chaitanya Rathi, and Adit Ravi.
Born and raised in Mumbai, Rehan Netarwala is a mechanical engineer with an MBA from ISB Hyderabad. He began his career at Universal Consulting (LEK India), where he developed expertise in navigating complex business challenges. In 2017, he co-founded Savage & Palmer, scaling the business to serve over 500 SME clients before successfully exiting in 2023.
With deep operational experience, a proven track record of scaling businesses, and a strong sense of integrity, Rehan positions himself as a trustworthy successor for SME owners seeking continuity and long-term growth for their companies. Through Okintek Capital, he is looking to acquire a high-quality B2B business, particularly a services or SaaS company, in Mumbai or Maharashtra. Other sectors of interest include maintenance and repair services, healthcare services, and cross-border or professional services operating in real estate, renewable energy, or BFSI.
