Nina Bos, with over twenty years of buy-and-build experience across sectors, including more than fifteen years in the experiential events industry, joined the WAD Capital CEO in Residence program in mid-2025 with the thesis that brands want immersive experiences, not just event logistics. In less than a year, she found E-Demonstrations, the Wilrijk (Antwerp)-based full-service platform for corporate events and brand activations, and acquired it.
Founded in 2001 by Yo Engelen, E-Demonstrations is an event production and marketing support company that provides end-to-end solutions for events, trade shows, festivals, brand activations, and promotional roadshows. The company offers a wide range of in-house services, including stand construction, large-format printing, custom furniture and 3D displays, logistics, warehousing, transport, and mobile event infrastructure. Acting as a white-label partner for brands, agencies, and corporate clients, E-Demonstrations specializes in turning creative concepts into high-impact, tailor-made experiences with a strong focus on flexibility, rapid execution, and operational excellence. With a team of 19 specialists, the company reached a gross margin of €6.3M in 2025, with a profit of €2.1M.

Her objective is to transform E-Demonstrations from a leading operational event execution platform into a full-service experiential marketing company by adding creative and brand activation capabilities, expanding higher-margin services, and leveraging its strong operational foundation to drive long-term growth through a disciplined acquire-and-elevate approach built on cross-border consolidation experience.
