Spain is unstoppable… and we continue at the pace of announcing almost 3-4 SFs per month since the beginning of 2024. This week it’s time to talk about Maruna Capital, a new SF created to identify, manage, and promote the long-term growth of SMEs in Spain. Founded by Javier Marroquin, it has secured funds from key international investors such as Cabiedes & Partners, Kinderhook Partners, Novadvice Alternative Investments, Novidam, and SF Club, among others.
Javier has international academic and professional experience, having led projects focused on growth strategies and process optimization in Luxembourg, London, and New York. Most of his career was in Big 4 firms, first at Deloitte and then at PwC. He graduated in Business Administration in England and obtained an MBA from INSEAD, with studies in France and Singapore.
