NCA entrepreneur Jim Kelly joins GDI Packaging Solutions as equity partner

In 2022, Jim Kelly launched Lake View Ventures, a Canadian SF, and joined NCA’s ETA Program in 2023. He brings over 15 years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods with companies such as Kraft Heinz and Procter & Gamble, as well as expertise in launching new ventures (e.g., Kestrel Golf) and working in the public sector. Kelly has recently finalized an agreement to partner with GDI Packaging Solutions in Canada. Among the investors participating in the acquisition is Martell Capital Partners.

Founded in 2007, Global Direct Packaging Solutions Inc. is a full-service packaging sales agency providing sustainable packaging solutions. The company assists its clients—food processors, food service companies, and convenience store organizations—in selling their products to key accounts in Canada’s grocery, retail, and healthcare markets. GDI represents top-quality manufacturing companies located in Canada, the USA, Europe, and Asia.
