Mexican Entrevo Capital secures search capital from international investors

After earning his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and completing a brief internship at SF Vuelo Capital during his second year, Hunibert (Huni) Tuch has decided to launch Entrevo Capital to acquire a company in Mexico. He has secured search capital from a diverse group of international investors, including 9T Capital, Cerralvo Capital, Istria Capital, JB46, Martell Capital Partners, Paltus Capital, Spectra Investments, and Vonzeo Capital.

Huni brings valuable experience to the role of a searcher, with a strong background in private equity, investment banking, and entrepreneurship. He served as the COO of Kompass in the USA, an early-stage biotech startup. Previously, he was an Investment Associate at Linzor Capital Partners, a private equity group focused on Latin America. Huni began his career at Merrill Lynch in the Investment Banking division in their Mexico office.

His search is agnostic, seeking to acquire a company with at least US$5M in revenue and US$1.5M in EBITDA, featuring consistent and predictable income streams and strong potential for future growth and scalability.
