Founded by Dominic Chumich, a Marine Corps veteran with a passion for leadership and team building, Bitterroot Capital Partners is an entrepreneur-led SF dedicated to acquiring, operating, and growing a single exceptional business in the United States for the long term. Dom is supported by an experienced group of entrepreneurs, investors, and operators, including Futaleufu Partners, Ashford Venture Partners, The Cambria Group, Dellin Investments, Generational Transfer Entrepreneurs (GTE), Greyhart Capital, Lava Root Ventures, Martell Capital Partners, Reframe Capital, Vonzeo Capital, and Cromwell Harbor, among others.
A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, a former Marine Corps infantry officer, and a University of Michigan MBA, Dom brings expertise in leadership, strategy, and entrepreneurship. He has worked with small businesses to launch products, forge partnerships, and develop effective marketing strategies. Over the past several years, Dom gained valuable experience in the SF industry through roles at General Pacific Capital, NextGen Growth Partners, and Pacific Lake Partners.
Dom’s mission is to acquire and grow a great business, honoring its legacy with humility, integrity, and tenacity. He is seeking a company with clear differentiation and a strong competitive advantage, generating annual revenue of $10–50M and EBITDA between $1.5–7M, with a proven track record of growth and predictable revenues.
