A graduate of École Polytechnique and holder of a Master’s degree from HEC Paris, Pierre-Philippe began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he worked on over a dozen international projects, gaining expertise in strategy, operations, and management across sectors such as telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, insurance, and retail. In 2016, he founded Tolteck, the French leader in estimating and invoicing software for construction tradespeople. He sold Tolteck to Saint-Gobain in late 2017 but kept overall management of the company together with his cofounder and brought it to 6M€ ARR, 2M€ EBITDA, 30,000 clients, and 20 employees in 2024 before his departure in 2025. He then teamed up with Stanislas’s and Cassius to launch Jōto Transmission.
Pierre-Philippe’s objective is to identify and acquire a profitable company in the B2B software sector (€1M to €5M EBITDA), with the aim of ensuring its long-term sustainability and accelerating its growth.
