Former Vonzeo Capital member launches Vericor Capital, a new traditional SF in the UK

While completing her Executive MBA at Oxford, Allison Stuckless served as an Investment Director at Vonzeo Capital. Building on her previous experience in the SF industry, she has launched her own venture, Vericor Capital, to acquire and operate a mid-sized private company in the UK. Allison has successfully secured backing from experienced and renowned investors, including her former colleagues at Vonzeo Capital. Other notable investors include Ambit Partners, Novidam, Martell Capital Partners, Secways, Itaca Capital Partners, JB46, Lineage Partners, and Marc Bartomeus, among others.

Originally from the United States, Allison brings 15 years of expertise in finance, leadership, and business development. She spent nearly a decade at JP Morgan in the US, holding senior and international roles within the Private Bank. In 2021, she relocated to the UK to join Essentia Analytics, a leading provider of behavioral data analytics services for professional investors. Following her tenure at Essentia, she spent a year at Vonzeo Capital before transitioning from investor to entrepreneur.

The name Vericor Capital combines the Latin words for truth (“Veritas”) and heart (“Cor”), symbolizing a commitment to honoring a business’s legacy while driving its future growth. Allison is targeting the acquisition of a UK-based business with recurring revenue, strong cash flow, an EBITDA in the range of £1-5M, and low customer concentration. Her sector focus includes healthcare, business services, and lifecycle services.
