With a background spanning aerospace, industrial automation, and electrified mobility, Adam has a proven track record of optimizing operations, driving digital transformation, and leading high-performance teams.
He focuses on companies with recurring revenue, healthy cash flow, and sustainable margins—typically with an EV between $9M and $35M. His industries of interest include industrial services (such as equipment calibration, maintenance, compliance, automation, and specialty contracting), niche manufacturing (B2B products, engineered components, value-added processing), and business and technical services, including outsourced solutions and quality management.
