Serial entrepreneur and innovation driver Pierre Haarfeld has launched Feldwerk Nachfolge to acquire and continue leading an established mid-sized business in Germany. This is the second vehicle launched in partnership with Nexa Partners (the first being Faulhaber Unternehmensnachfolge, led by Bastian Faulhaber). Among the investors supporting the search are Valmaris Private Investors, Juergen Rilling, León Bartolomé, Legacy Partners, Pina Capital, Moonbase Capital, Sascha Bovensmann, Frederik Fleck, Martin Odenkirchen, Holger Wieland, SFClub, Evgeni Kouris, Carsten Schemmel, and Richard Rupp.
Pierre brings more than ten years of hands-on entrepreneurial experience in the B2B environment, along with digital expertise and a strong network. He has founded, scaled, and successfully exited multiple companies. He began his career at leading digital consultancy Pixelpark, and later co-founded several ventures, including Digital Interior Day, Pioneers of Lifestyle, Nuucon, Pephyr Digital Ventures, and Digital Apartment.
His approach is long-term, values-driven, and personal—with respect for the seller’s life’s work, responsibility for employees, and a clear vision for sustainable growth. He is seeking a profitable mid-sized company with revenues of approximately €5–50M, a stable market position, and a scalable business model, with opportunities to expand sales and services and drive targeted digitalization.
