Edward Collas has assembled a seasoned team of investors, operators, and entrepreneurs to support his entrepreneurial journey. He has launched Fairmile Partners to acquire, operate, and grow a UK SME, with the backing of Aurica, ONEtoONE Asset Management, Istria Capital, TTCER, Cabiedes Inversiones, Ambit Partners, Turtle Capital, Novidam, 2nd Act Partners, Ed Butler, Felix Leushner, Simon Webster, and Frank Kenny.
Edward brings strong experience in strategy, M&A, and family businesses. He began his career at UBS Investment Bank before joining Rothschild & Co, where he spent more than 13 years between London and Sydney. He started as an analyst in their flagship Wealth Management fund before transitioning to investment banking, working across the Business Services, Healthcare, and TMT teams. More recently, he focused on cross-border M&A in the software and IT services sectors. His most recent role was at W23 Global, a VC and PE fund investing in enterprise software.
He is looking to acquire a profitable software, IT services, or tech-enabled services company in the UK, with predictable revenue streams and annual revenues between £5M and £50M.
