After growing up in a family-owned healthcare software business and witnessing firsthand the responsibility of delivering mission-critical services around the world, David Kiskovski has decided to launch Divia Family Partners, with the aim of acquiring and stewarding one exceptional U.S. lower-middle-market company. The fund’s ethos centers on legacy-minded, patient capital—eschewing short-term financial gains in favor of long-term relationships and sustained value creation. His cap table is composed of aligned family business enterprises, long-term-oriented funds, and entrepreneurs, including Generational Transfer Entrepreneurs, Weber USA Corporation, Trilogy Search Partners, TTCER Partners, Simon Kiskovski (founder of Mak-System), Maven Equity Partners, Hadley Family Office, Reframe Search Capital, Blue Frame Capital Partners, and Colca Capital.
Originally from France, David grew up in London and now lives in New York, bringing a profound blend of personal and professional experience to this endeavor. Coming from a global healthcare software family business, he witnessed firsthand the weight of responsibility and the importance of care in leadership. His journey includes hands-on operational experience within that family enterprise, serving as a director in the family office, and gaining further expertise as an AI engineer and in the finance sector (Julius Baer, Deloitte, Astria Elevate). Having observed the emotional and operational challenges when his family business eventually partnered with a large PE group, he developed a deep empathy for founders and a strong commitment to making transitions smoother and more people-focused.
He is looking to partner with a founder who is ready for a transition but wants to remain connected to their legacy, someone who values continuity, integrity, and long-term thinking. He is targeting profitable, well-established businesses (EBITDA between $2M and $9M) with recurring revenue, strong customer loyalty, and cultures aligned with these values. Rather than forcing rapid growth or imposing rigid exit timelines, he offers operational partnership, strategic support from his network, and a commitment to preserving the legacy of the business while fostering sustainable growth.
