One of the longest established providers of traffic management, car parking services, hostile vehicle mitigation solutions, security and stewarding at special events and static sites, The Combined Services Provider (CSP), has been acquired by Norland Equity Partners (NEP), founded by Ola Lawal, in an ambitious UK and international growth plan.
Investors partners who supported the transaction were led by Aurica Capital Search Fund, who invest £1M in the acquisition, and some of its reference partners co-invested up to £3.8M.
Founded in 1994, CSP provides its services to some of the most prestigious sports and event venues, such as Arsenal FC, Chelsea FC, The Wimbledon Championship, The Open Golf and the Epsom Derby. In 2022, CSP, who employs more than 635 people, had a turnover of £24.82M (+36% vs previous year) and an ebitda of £4.47M.
CSP will now scale its service coverage further across the UK and Europe starting with the North of England. Founder and former Chairman, Dave Butler, will remain on the board as a Non-Executive Director, and Chris Daniels, an entrepreneurial leader with a strong background in scaling companies and a particular sports sector expertise, has been appointed the new Chairman. Carlos Garcia Pont, professor at IESE and former president of RCD Espanyol, will be on the board
