His backers include institutional investors (Istria Capital, ONEtoONE Asset Management, and Forti SF Partners), family offices (Cromwell Harbor, the Ruiz Family, Cabiedes Inversiones and Iniginy Capital), and entrepreneurs and CEOs, such as Simon Webster, Ritz Steytler, Jan Woitschätzke, Alex Kirn, Till Bossert, Davor Tremac, Claus von Loeper, Kieron Chalder, Martin Morava, and Alex Tuya.
With over a decade of professional experience in consulting, product development, and business leadership, Filip began his career at McKinsey in Croatia, working globally across the insurance, telecommunications, and healthcare sectors. In 2018, he relocated to the UK to pursue an MBA at London Business School. Since then, he has worked at Google, the search fund Blue Knot Partners, and Manta Ray before joining RVU, where he served as Director of Product and Deputy General Manager for the telecoms vertical at Uswitch.com. He is also the co-founder of an electric powertrain company specializing in the heavy machinery sector.
Filip is seeking to acquire a profitable B2B company with revenues between €10M and €40M and an EBITDA margin of at least 10%. He will focus on sectors where he has background and experience in, including software and digital businesses, business services (engineering, specialty, and outsourcing services), light manufacturing, and healthcare services or niche clinics (such as IVF, allergy, and dermatology).
