Amour Buidine, with extensive experience in Sales and Operations gained at ManoMano over the past 8 years, and François Frigara, with a strong background in Investment Banking and Private Equity (Hivest Capital Partners, KKCG Group, JP Morgan, and HIG Capital), have teamed up to launch Cintu Transmission, a new SF in France.
Together, they bring complementary expertise: Amour excels in leading large-scale projects and driving growth, while François brings deep experience in deal sourcing and execution. François previously played a key role at Mahogany Transmission, a successful French SF, where he was instrumental in the acquisition of Flying Eye.
Cintu Transmission is backed by 17 prominent international and French investors and entrepreneurs, including Relay Investments, Istria Capital, Alza Capital, Innesto Partners, and Aurica Search Fund, among others. These investors provide not only financial backing but also strategic guidance, supporting Cintu’s mission.
The fund aims to acquire a company with an EBITDA exceeding €1.5M, with no specific sector focus. However, the ideal target is an asset-light B2B business with strong growth potential, both locally and internationally. Amour and François are committed to driving sustainable growth while preserving the company’s culture and legacy.
