Pablo is a Madrid-born entrepreneur and investment professional with around 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, growth, and business acquisitions across Spain and, primarily, the United States. Before launching Cenia Partners, Pablo held senior growth and strategy roles at companies including AuthZed, Toptal, Flex, and Santander, where he worked on growth strategies, M&A and investment opportunities, and corporate development. He also gained experience advising private equity firms on growth strategy and commercial due diligence at GLG. Pablo holds a Master’s in Management and Finance from Harvard University and has pursued studies in entrepreneurship and strategy at Stanford University and MIT.
Cenia Partners is looking to acquire a profitable, established Spanish SME with a proven track record of at least 10 years, preferably generating €5–50M in annual revenue and €2–6M in EBITDA. The firm is particularly interested in businesses with recurring or predictable revenues, a strong position in their local market or niche, and an experienced team that can remain in place after the transaction. Preferred sectors include B2B services, software, industrial and manufacturing, distribution and logistics, maintenance and technical services, and training and consulting, although no sector is excluded upfront.
