Growing up in an immigrant family after moving from Lebanon to Canada, Sam Mahfoud watched his relatives build a homebuilding business from the ground up. Working on construction sites from a young age taught him that success comes from consistent hard work and taking full ownership of one’s outcomes. Those lessons inspired him to launch Canadian Northern Succession Partners, with the goal of acquiring and operating one exceptional North American business.

Sam studied at the Ivey Business School at Western University before building his career in management consulting at Info-Tech Research Group, Deloitte, and Oliver Wyman. As an Engagement Manager, he advised global banks, insurance companies, and financial services firms on strategy, valuation, and operational transformation. His consulting experience shaped the way he approaches complex challenges, bringing structure to ambiguity, balancing speed with analytical rigor, leading teams through uncertainty, and building trust with senior executives.
Sam is looking to acquire an established, founder-led business with a proven track record of profitability and long-term stability. His ideal company generates more than $2M in EBITDA, maintains healthy margins, and benefits from recurring or highly predictable revenue.
