Jérôme brings a distinguished international track record in the automotive industry, where he held key leadership roles spanning engineering, operations, and business development. His career has taken him across France, Iran, and India, where he consistently delivered results in demanding environments — leading multicultural teams, driving strategic initiatives, and improving both operational and financial performance. Starting at Renault SAS, he rose through roles including Chief of Staff to the SVP Powertrain, General Manager of Renault Pars, and VP Programs Director at Renault India. More recently, as an entrepreneur and interim manager, he successfully turned around underperforming businesses, demonstrating crisis management skills. Jérôme combines a robust engineering background with sharp business acumen, strengthened by an executive MBA from HEC Paris. His expertise spans operational excellence, financial management, and top-line growth — all underpinned by an empowering leadership style and a long-term business perspective.
Through JCTC, Jérôme targets SMEs across B2B sectors throughout France, balancing an opportunistic mindset with a focused, industry-driven approach. His objective is to acquire a resilient business with strong cash flows, distinctive know-how, a committed team, and solid growth potential.
This project is the result of thoughtful reflection with his family. Married and father of four boys, Jérôme’s entrepreneurial approach is grounded in core human values — respect, humility, and team spirit — and combines deep day-to-day involvement with a long-term strategic vision. After 25 years of leading technical and commercial teams, he is determined to dedicate his energy to the growth and development of a French SME, building on the legacy of the departing owner.
