Before launching Novalia, Matthieu served as General Manager of Stuart Spain & Portugal, where he led logistics operations, market expansion, and the development of new business lines across Southern Europe. With a background in finance and over a decade of experience managing operationally intensive businesses, Matthieu brings a hands-on, people-focused approach to entrepreneurship through acquisition.
Novalia Partners targets profitable B2B companies with €1–5M in EBITDA and a strong track record of stability and human leadership. Matthieu has a particular interest in industrial and service-oriented businesses with potential for operational improvement and regional or international expansion.
