Mateus Orsini, founding partner of the SF Lotta Capital, with a large experience in Private Equity & Venture Capital has acquired a 100% equity stake in Colortel, a leading Brazilian company that leases air conditioning, refrigeration, and electronics equipment. Among the investors who backed the deal figures Spectra Investimentos, the largest private fund manager in Brazil, and international players such as Cerralvo, Kviv Ventures, Liberty Search Ventures, Novidam, Solum Capital or Vonzeo Capital.
Founded 50 years ago and headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, Colortel has 350 employees distributed in 9 branches throughout the entire country, and rents its products to the hospitality, industry, health, and education sectors. Mateus Orsini comments: “Our goal is to invest in the expansion of the business and maintain market leadership, always seeking excellence in results.”
