After seven months of dedication and hard work, Rebeca Pinheiro has successfully launched RNP Growth, the first female-led SF in Spain for 2025. For Rebeca, “growth” embodies the courage to challenge the status quo, the resilience to overcome obstacles, and the ability to drive sustainable, long-term success.
She has garnered the support of a diverse group of 15 investors, including Istria Capital, Inversiones Cabiedes, The Cromwell Harbor Partnership, the Ruiz family, Meriyeny del Carmen Batista, Martell Capital Partners, Paolo Guida, Ángel Muñoz, Deepak Parayanken, Eduardo Bartolomeoand close friends.
Rebeca brings over a decade of experience in finance and international business, having worked across more than six countries. This exposure has given her a truly global perspective on business operations. She began her career in venture capital with Redpoint eVentures Brazil before transitioning to corporate roles, first at HJ Heinz Company and later at Burger King Corporation, where she held key financial and management positions. Lastly, she served as Head of Credit Portfolio Management at Stone overseing a R$3bn of credit portfolio and all post sales functions.
She has recently earned an MBA from MIT Sloan Fellows Program, where she was Vice President of ETA @ MIT, Leader of the MIT SF Women’s Committee, and Deans Fellow.
Rebeca’s goal is to acquire a Spanish SME with a minimum EBITDA of €1.5M and a stable client base.
