Drawing on their managerial experience, Valentina Molinari and Francesca Zanetti bring a professional partnership developed over more than a decade, supported by an international track record in brand positioning, commercial strategy development, and corporate reorganizations. Together, they have launched Artemide Capital Partners, the first Italian SF promoted by an entirely female duo. They have raised €640k to finance the search phase for the acquisition and management of a high-potential Italian SME.
They have attracted both Italian and international investors, including Eureka! Venture, Aurica Capital, Moonbase, Scipio Holding, GDA Search (Fondazione Social Venture Giordano Dell’Amore and BE-COME), SFClub, Celium Capital, Novadvice, Marc Bartomeus, and Jurgen Rilling.
“Artemide Capital Partners represents a distinctive initiative in the Italian search fund landscape, not only for its female leadership but also for its ability to identify underexplored market niches with strong growth prospects. As investors, we recognized a strong alignment between operational capabilities, investment discipline, and execution potential,” said Stefano Peroncini, CEO of Eureka! Venture.
Valentina Molinari and Francesca Zanetti are managers with over 15 years of experience in the luxury, retail, and beauty sectors, gained at leading international companies such as L’Oréal, Clarins, LVMH, and Pandora, where they held strategic, commercial, and operational roles. Their journey has been strengthened by a long-standing professional collaboration, with nearly ten years of working together.
They are seeking to acquire an SME with an EBITDA margin above 15% and revenues between €10M and €40M, focusing on companies in Central and Northern Italy.
“Artemide Capital Partners was born from the desire to leverage over fifteen years of experience gained in corporate environments, transforming it into an entrepreneurial project that we deeply feel is our own,” said Valentina Molinari and Francesca Zanetti. “We want to invest where there are real opportunities for sustainable growth. For this reason, we are also exploring less conventional sectors for the search fund space, including areas such as beauty, healthcare, and education, while not excluding opportunities in B2B services—particularly marketing service agencies (media, digital, and events)—and light manufacturing linked to Made in Italy excellence.”
