In February 2018, Joaquín Pardo set up SF Syna Capital and, after an intensive search, acquired Cristalware —a legal consultancy firm for customer loyalty—, and Vozitel —an omnichannel CCaaS software provider— at the end of 2019 with the backing of investors such as Alza Capital Partners, JB46, Kavnish Capital Partners, AIJ Global, Luis Camilleri, Fernando Herrero, Jesús Alonso, Félix Capell, Paz Ambrosy, Robert Monks, among others.
Under his leadership, Vozitel grew by 2.5x in size, growing up to €5.6M in revenues. During this time, Joaquín successfully returned more than 135% of the initial capital invested by his backers through dividends. Now, with the sale of Vozitel to Everfield, he has executed one of Spain’s most successful exits for his investors (although we agree not to disclose confidential figures, we can affirm that this deal ranks in the top quartile of successful exits in the SF landscape and has consolidated Spain as one of the most successful countries for SFs). Investors will continue to hold shares in Cristalware, which was not part of this transaction.
Vozitel is a leading Spanish provider of end-to-end Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and AI solutions, offering a cloud-based platform that enhances business process automation and customer interactions. With a strong focus on AI-powered automation, Vozitel’s advanced CallBots, specialized CRM, Virtual PBX, and multi-channel communication tools optimize response times and operational efficiency across industries such as debt collection, BPO, healthcare, financial services, utilities, and education. By leveraging cutting-edge conversational intelligence, Vozitel empowers businesses to streamline workflows while maintaining a personalized customer experience, positioning itself as a key player in Spain’s growing CCaaS market.
Now part of Everfield’s SaaS ecosystem, Vozitel will expand its AI solutions under CEO Joaquín Pardo, ensuring seamless service and innovation. He commented: “Joining Everfield is not just about scaling Vozitel into a leading European player—it’s about creating new opportunities for our team. Being part of a specialized B2B tech ecosystem means our employees will have greater access to shared knowledge, industry best practices, and new career paths within a network of innovative companies facing similar challenges”.
“On a personal level, this feels like the natural next step in Vozitel’s journey. Five years ago, we acquired the company through the search fund I built, and since then, we’ve transformed it from a founder-led business into a professionally managed company, doubling in size and impact. Now, with Everfield, we have the backing to accelerate our international expansion and deliver even more value to our customers,” added Vozitel’s CEO.
Ignacio Villalón Pérez-Artacho, Spain Country Manager at Everfield, commented, “We are very excited to add Vozitel to Everfield’s ecosystem. We believe that Vozitel has the right technology and team to continue being the best partner for its customers in adopting new solutions, including AI, that will allow them to enhance operations and automate processes.”
“Vozitel’s innovation-driven approach with its all-in-one CCaaS solution is ideally positioned to help businesses navigate the evolving demands of customer engagement and operational efficiency. By combining Vozitel’s expertise with Everfield’s resources, we are excited to build on their successes and drive impactful growth,” said Henning Schreiber, Head of Acquisitions at Everfield. “This acquisition highlights another strategic milestone for Everfield, as we expand our footprint in the European software market. It marks our 29th acquisition across Europe and the 4th in Spain since 2022, demonstrating our ongoing focus on growth in strategic markets,” he added.
